Our representatives scour the world looking for products that are made following the best fair trade practices. Then our president, Angeleen, selects the items to be presented in Angeleen's collection. We are so confident you will be satisfied that these items represent the best in fair trade that we offer them with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return them for a full refund.
The Fair Trader makes every effort to get your order to you as promptly as possible. However, everything in our catalog comes from individual artisans in third world countries. Thus our agents may occasionally experience conditions that result in a delay filling your order. If we cannot fill your complete order within 30 days we will notify you by mail which item or items are delayed and give you the choice to remove those items from your order, or have them sent to you as soon as possible.
Due to the complexity and cost of shipping items outside of the United States, we do not accept any international orders, and deal only in U.S. dollars.
The Fair Trader does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or in any other way make any customer information, including email addresses, available to any other entities except the proper authorities under due process.
