Organic Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey is an Organic, Fair Trade certified loose black tea with a twist of bergamot citrus. This tea is medium bodied, and is flavorful without astringency. 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey per 8 oz of water. For the best tasting tea, use spring water or filtered water. The quality of the water is as important as the tea itself. This tea is best steeped for 3-5 minutes at between 205-212F.
