Creating Fandom is the sole owner of all content on this site except for any material noted otherwise. In general videos, photographs, written material, or any pictures are the property of the submitter. By submitting any material, the submitter grants us nonexclusive license to use the material for as long as we like and in any way that we like. Our intention is to post submissions on the appropriate part of this site, and eventually archive it. Unlike some major sites we're not out to screw you out of ownership of your stuff. We just want to use it appropriately. Oh, and we won't pass give it or lend it to any other sites that we don't own.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
Third Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. (This is how we cover expenses.) These companies may or may not use information about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may or may not be of interest to you. This may or may not sound confusing, but basically it's possible that our advertisers may be trying to find out what interests you so they can customize the ads you see.
Third Party Cookies
In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party ad server or their affiliates, or individual advertisers may place or recognize a unique “cookie” on your browser.
Cookies
In general we're ambivalent about cookies. They are useful and convenient. They can also be an entry point into your computer for things you don't want there. We strongly recommend you get one of the software products that leaves the useful cookies on your computer and eliminates the nasty ones.
More About Cookies
Personally I like chocolate chip, although samoas are so full of fat, calories, and chocolate that they are hard to resist. Then again, shortbread cookies can be wonderful with coffee. And of course, there's still nothing like Oreos with milk. Sometimes, however, I have an irresistable urge for pecan sandies. Or homemade oatmeal cookes with lots of brown sugar. Or gingerbread cookies. Not ginger snaps, they're too hard... real gingerbread. Mmmmmm...
